A deposit is required upon reservation to secure your place on the trip. If you find it necessary due to illness or emergency to cancel after the deadline for reservations, we will attempt to fill your space or seek a refund. We will refund as much of your money as possible, but it is not guaranteed. You can assist in this process by calling your friends and acquaintances to see if someone can take your place. The closer to the date of the trip, the harder it may be to obtain the refund. Due to the assistance of the club members, we have been very successful in filling cancellations and thus refunding full payment. Many times, even without a replacement we are able to obtain a refund from some our vendors.
We are always concerned for the well being of all club members. A particular scheduled trip may be physically enduring or detrimental to a member's health and stamina, therefore, impending the speed and quality of the activity. We want you to look closely at the requirements for the trip before deciding to participate in any club activity. Always keep a list of your medications with you at all times. Please let the club representative know before booking if you have special requirements that may need to be considered.
Credit Cards are always welcome for your travel plans. VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTER CARD Credit/debit card transactions will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee.
